Bought new xbox 360 with kinect, system worked fine for 30 days, received an update thru the system, after the update console will no longer play game disc. xbox claims I tampered with console, they refuse to admit it is because of their update.will not repair under warranty. look up under many sites tons of same complaints from all over the country.
