I will never use CVS pharmacy located in Sherman Oaks again! The employees are rude, unprofessional and believe that they have the power to decide whether or not a prescription is to be filled. Even with the prescription from the prescribing doctor and the approval from the insurance company, one arrogant young pharmacist decided that she was not going to fill a prescription.
