Same as what others wrote - don't allow you to view shipping fees and tell you they will give you $5 discount, and the shipping fee is more than the item I'm purchasing, as I found out after providing my credit card info. They won't allow you to cancel the order the day it is placed, so I called my credit card company to put a hold on the charge until I can get confirmation from Uglu they will cancel my order.
