Between October 28 and December 31 I paid "Direct Sales America" a total of $ 7, 835.37 by wire transfers for the sale of two weeks of my Timeshare at Villa del Palmar, Mexico in the amount of $96, 695.00. Direct Sales America claimed that it was necessary to pay these amounts of money before they could release the sales proceeds of $96, 695.00 to me.
