I saw this website: https://www.cleanwhites.com/?partner=_promo. I ordered a sample teeth whitening product called 'clean whites" from HealthCLNS on 9/8/09 via the web. It was sample price of 99 cents. When they called later that day to confirm the order, they tried to get me to agree to an automatic reorder of the product. I specifically told the agent that I did not want any kind of automatic order, that I would try the product and re-order if I liked it.
