I ordered embossed candles for a Christmas gift in advance of the holiday. On December 22, 2010, I received an e mail notice that the items were “no longer available” and that I would receive a refund check. To date (February 27, 2011), after repeated contact with the company, I have yet to receive a refund. I have requested that I be taken off their catalog list.
