i recieved collection notices from two different agencies claiming i owe columbia house money. when i call columbia house they claim i owe money for dvds i ordered and club obligation fees from 2004. this is 2011. this is the first time i've been contacted about this. i told them i never joined their club and never recieved any dvds. i also told them that i never recieved any info. from them saying i was in their club. when i asked what was all ordered they didn't know. i have already called twice to get this fixed but they are... read full review »
