Received a call at my work from a man with a very heavy indian or mid-eastern accent speaking (gave an american name) really fast stating he is calling me regarding my case and if I had an attorney. I asked him what was this regarding and he spoke really fast. He said that I was being sued and arrested for non-payment of an on-line loan that I didn't pay and that I will be receiving an affidavit at my work.
