their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. every time i contact them, i am transfered to at least four different phone numbers that i must dial myself. when i finally reach a department that i need, they tell me that they cannot help me, i am at the wrong department. they give me a phone number for another department that i had already called. every person i speak to has a different story. they promise a solution but inorder to get the solution, you must call back at another time. when i do call back. another person has no... read full review »
