I should have done my homework first before purchasing. Now I believe I have lost nearly $100 by never receiving a refund for a product that was out of stock. I ordered the product ( men's shoes ) on 1/25/11 and was told the product is out of stock. I requested a refund and after leaving 3 voice messages and 5 e-mails (the first was ackowledged) but have not received it as of 2/15/11. I intend on starting with the Better Business Bureau then take legal action through the city attorney, state attorney general and then the FBI for possible wire fraud. read full review »
