A few minutes ago I purchased your registry cleaner with a Mastercard debit card. When I went to check the balance on my card the charge was on twice at two different times. Since I followed the instructions when installing the product I am confused as to why this error occurred. I am sure I will be satified with the product but am not happy about paying twice for it. I do not know your process for handling this problem but feel your company should refund me for one of the charges since I only have one, not two.
