account was set up for an agreement but was unable to make the payment at that time so they chose to charge our account a deposit which was not informed to us the customer instead we receive to diifferent bills with two different amounts. Then when we asked for help or extention we were not granted the request because of prior late charges which does not seem fair for a customer who has had this service for more than 9 years it just does not seem fair as a loyal customer for so long. That is why we are thinking of changing service to someone who will respect us as a customer. read full review »
