We were promised a "free" vacation before donating our car, as well as being able to use the donation as a tax deduction. Well, needless to say, we never received the receipt for the donation (they promised it would be in the mail) and here it is, 6 months later. We've called about a dozen times and spoken with "customer service" agents who could care less, and at times, were beligerant.
