I am not satisfied with their Website service - roomster.com. My 1st time of email sent to them thr their Website never got response, their website not user-friendly, and I cannot get help in a reasonable time. Yesterday, 2/23/2011, is the last day for the 2-week subscription I tried to cancel the subscription, but they already charged me a fee, $29.95 for a whole month.
