I had a $250.00 voucher for free gas. I had to initially pay $5.00 through pay pal to activate this voucher. I have sent in $100.00 in gas receipts every month since August of 2008 and in return should have received a $25.00 gift card for each month. I not only have not received ANY gift cards, but now Free Gas Central is refusing my receipts that I mail to them and sending my receipts back to me.
