During life of loan coerced in to post dated checks, harrassed, references harrassed, only 30 days past due, when post dated check processed on unagreedupon date caused return. Called to advise problems with other personal checks and Ms. Williams stated "oh so I guess if we told you to jump off a building you'd do that too?". Consistantly rude, harrassing, violation of creditor/lendor rights and to this day I've been waiting on valid pay off for more than thirty days.
