I have a degree in the medical field, graduated less than a yr ago with a 4.0 & have 14 yrs CS experience, but jobs are scarce, so took a seasonal Customer Service position with FTD (we're not all inconsiderate & stupid :p) My teamleader was ignorant, rude & demeaning tho-talking over me while I was on calls was only one of the many things she did to annoy me.
