Not only these people are total rip-off, but they are also rude. First they show up to fix a burst pipe, do nothing, charge $100 for "visit fee", and leave some paper with $850 worth of other things to do before they would deign to replace a $5 PVC pipe. Then their customer service person is unbelievably rude to us on the phone. I mean "Seinfeld" rude, the "Soup Nazi" episode. If I didn't know it's for real I would think it's not for real but some gotcha TV crue set us up. I am canceling their check, fighting their fees in court, and, needless to say, will never use their services again. read full review »
