I bought a used car at a Kia Dealership. The car was a 2005 Chevy Cavalier. It had 51, 000 miles on it when I bought it. The car was $1500 below bluebook value when I bought it. 4 months after I bought it I received the title and a letter from the Secretary of State Police stating that it was a salvaged vehicle and they required it to have a rebuilt statement on the title.
