Ordered valentine's day flowers for a relative in Manila, Philippines. Shipping date stated Feb 14th but no flowers arrived for the recipient. I emailed them for followup, auto-delivery email received that stated Delivery date: Feb 18th. However, no flowers still received by the recipient.
