I was led to believe that the website would be totally customizable including colors, fonts etc... I was also told that I could have as many email address as I wanted but after paying for a years service was told that I could have only 5. The email system is NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. There is no spam filter, and I have had to complain several times about spam getting in but legitimate emails getting returned undeliverable.
