Horrible customer service. I use to be a customer of theres and for about a year they were fine. Then when I needed to return a broken product that was in pieces when I got it, they first said that they would send another one, then said it was back ordered, then after 3 months they just stopped responding to my emails!!! I even tried different email address to contact them and they still wouldnt respond, they just totally ripped me off.
