thegoodcook.com had an offer on mypoints.com that if you bought 4 cook books for $1.00 each plus postage you would receive not only the books, but a $50 gift certificate to Olive Garden. Nothing was mentioned about buying any other books. I bought my four books (which cost me $16 +). Not only didn't I receive my gift certificate, but now they are saying I must buy 2 more books before I can cancel my membership. I feel I am really being screwed. I did not get my gift certificate, and now I must buy 2 more books, which will probably cost me at least $50 for the books and postage. read full review »
