I made an online purchase from Newport News 2 years ago (Feb 2009). This thing came up about insider pass & advised if I joined I would get a packet & coupons, so I joined. It did not specify anywhere on their site that I would be billed monthly. I have realized that they have been taking $14.95 out of my account monthly and I want that money back. I called customer service and they are only willing to refund half. I never received anything in the mail or any further emails. This is a scam and action needs to be taken. read full review »
