Ok, I enrolled at Kaplan university last year, and they had me submit documents, you know the usual stuff. But I sent in the documents, then they said that I had to resubmit them, again, and again, and again. This went for a couple months, then around Christmas, I got a message that because I didn't submit the documents in time (I had them in Around July), I had to pay a late submission fee of $6, 000. They called me 3 or more times of day, I finally got them to stop. I wish to fight them on the $6000 fee, if nothing else. All I am trying to say is, DO NOT DEAL WITH KAPLAN.
