The horrible customer service and all the hours I have spent trying to contact anyone at Verizon who can actually get problems solved, after they deleted my FIOS BUSINESS account, is almost more than I can bear. After more than 30 hours on the phone, so far, and probably 20+ people I have spoken to over several days all to no avail, things are more screwed up than ever.
