Tried to cancel my subscription with AVG, initially they were very helpful - your refund will be with you in 7 - 10 working days. BAH!! That was a month ago, I have since been told that they cant refund to paypal because it was over 60 days since the purchase (this is their fault if they had sorted it in the beginning it was only 32 days after the purchase). Tried to get a BACS payment, this has never turned up and the last correspondence I received from them was a week ago requesting my bank details.
