I went to Mr. Tire this weekend to have all four tires replaced and an allignment check done. The work took three hours to complete, which was strike number one. The employees were completely incompetent and had no idea how to properly process a credit card payment. I found out the day after that I was charged twice for the "service" and that my account had been overdrawn by approximately $400.
