Update to previous posting, finally got through to Haris, sound incoherent.Got watch back after 13 and a half weeks when promised between 4-8 weeks. Exterior of watch looks better, however, watch is still one and a half minutes fast over 24 hours. Can't tell if movement was cleaned or if it was even opened. After this experience I do not trust them. read full review »
