Update to previous posting, finally got through to Haris, sound incoherent.Got watch back after 13 and a half weeks when promised between 4-8 weeks. Exterior of watch looks better, however, watch is still one and a half minutes fast over 24 hours. Can't tell if movement was cleaned or if it was even opened.

Submitted my 50 year old Rolex watch for overhaul after agreeing on a price. USA Watch Service acknoledged reciept of the watch and said it would take 4-8 weeks.
It's been 12 weeks and no watch. I get no responce to E-mails or phone calls. I'm afraid my watch is gone. read full review »
