This is not at all a customer friendly company. It is over 20 days but they could not compelete filing my tax. They simply do not care about client enquiry. Even though there is a formal procedure for escalation. however they do not have any standard SLA for response to be sent customer . They are only super-active when it is time to take money for customer tax consulting. I am just wondering how can so customer unfriendly corporation exist in this competetive world?
