PayPal limited my account claiming that another PayPal account was attached to my old email address. The thing is, I never attached any PayPal account to this email address, and it’s an address that is almost ten years old. I called PayPal’s ‘customer service’ and tried explaining this to them, but their attitude was that nothing can be done until they get their money. I’m a soldier who is deploying today and I needed access to those funds and these people could not possibly care any less. However act is nothing short of criminal.
