I am writing to complain about a known defect this product has and I, the consumer, is being charged and not told that this is a problem. I'm pissed because we had service in Sept, 2010 and a week later the product continued to experience the same problems. It's not past the 90 day warranty and you want to charge me another fee to come out when it is a known defective product.
