This company sucks. I bought their insurance for tickets on new years eve to see the disco biscuits. I had plans to visit my family in florida so i figured that a week in between the concert and flight would be sufficent in case there was a storm. However, a 2 foot snow storm blizzard rolled through new jersey and cancelled my flight till january 2nd. I am trying to get my money back. its been 2 months.
