Dear Verizon, Just wanted to say thanks for making my life a living hell the past four days. Besides being on the phone with your talented staff for over 4 hours and bumped 7 times from department to department, you managed to completely delete all my files and my email address. Now you claim it is unrecoverable for at least six months. Then if I’m lucky I MIGHT get it back.
