Mediacom Internet Service I am a Mediacom customer for a year and a half. I have always had issues with their customer service. I always have internet outages and some of them would last for days. I have to wait atleast two days before anyone would come out and fix it. But this time, they just killed my patience. I lost internet on 12-08-2004.
