A free eBay Seminar - learn how to use eBay - not true. Seminar related to selling for Auction Success and using their products and had nothing to do with learning how to use eBay as a sales tool. Asked to pay $20, did so in cash and filled in form and signed it so I could listen to the seminar. At the intermission I told the person giving the seminar that it was not what I was looking for and it was not what I needed or wanted to do and that I was not interested in the remainder of their seminar and really wanted my money back.
