I had Mohawk carpet installed in Oct 2010. In Nov I found holes coming in the carpet due to the fibers coming out. I contacted the store where I purchased it and they filed a complaint. It took me til Feb 9th 2011 to get it replaced. The day of installing the new replacement carpet I found a few lg holes in this one also. The more I looked the more smaller ones I found. I found these while the installer was still here. He called store and later that day I was told that He was meeting with a Mohawk Rep the next morning. Nothing has been done... read full review »
