I can't believe I fell for it again! I have Direct TV back in 2004 and cancelled my service after a series of debacles with their "independent" contractor that they employ to install & "service" their satellites & receivers. Direct TV takes no responsibilty for their service, errors, issues or if they completely ignore a service call.
