I have a charge from some company called YCP Network on my phone bill for services that I have not asked for. Has something to do with faxes and I don't have or use any fax machine. Is there anything that can be done about this? This is the second time this has happened to me. I have paid the first charge because I didn't want the hassle of trying to get it off my bill.
