Many people have born witness to Hogarty’s fraudulent ways: He even swindled his 1st stepmother (the one who pretty much raised him), in regards to a house she had. We were told that is where he got the money to invest in the start-up of his1st Olympic Funding business in Fremont. She, on the other hand, was a trusting sole.
