According to the local news, Victor is now in jail in Santa Rita, California awaiting a plea bargain for securities fraud and violations of the Ca. Corporations act. (Failure to fully disclose previous 2003-4 bankruptcy.) He has solicited/collected monies for a life insurance/retirement fund and then spent this money on personal expenditures including a personal plane (Cessna), remodeling of plane and other personal items.
