It was late night, about 10:20 p.m. after long hours of talking and getting nowhere, and under pressure to buy (ended up leasing) I was literary taken for a ride...I know it sounds stupid to complain about this, because they did not force me to pay this much, but a downpayment of 4000 plus 1500 for a trade in (that's a total of 5, 500 dollars) is a lot of money for a toyota highlander (not even hybrid or any upscale vehicle).
