Hello, I have a problem similar to this complaint. I am under 18 and I have used paypal for about 2 years. I have had over 50 sucessful transactions. I recently put 750 dollars on my account from a Paypal Moneypak to order something for my uncle. I have don’t have a limit on my transactions, but the next day it said my account is limited. They want my passport, utility bill, Social Security and etc. Even if I was 18 I would not provide any of this because I find it unreasonable since I have used Paypal for 2 years and have had over 1, 000 Dollars before with no problem. read full review »
