I purchased a T-Mobile G2 from the company website on 1-17-2011. When I recieved the phone, I realized right away there was something wrong with the slide out keyboard. So I called customer service and they informed me I needed to send the phone back in the same box I recieved it in. I had already ported my phone number to T-Mobile from my old phone company so they recommended I go to a T-Mobile retail store and get a new phone and once they received the defective phone back, I would receive the money I paid for the phone back.
