Bank of America has gotten a bad rap with its short sale process and with good reason. Everywhere I go it seems people are having trouble on both ends of a short sale with BOA. My wife and I are no different. We have had a contract in with Bank of America to purchase a home since June 6, 2010. The home itself has been on the market since 2008 and only one other buyer has attempted to purchase the home prior to us.
