A charge for Service Repair 02/26/2011 was added to my bill. I did not authorize this order. I was not at the apartment when said repair was performed. I was across town at Metro storage, Gadsden Highway, 35235. I did not and do not authorize no one to manage my account or request for sevice for my account.
