My postpaid mobile number is 9940065494 and an unfortunate customer for the 5 th year, when i approched the c, service for change of bill plan in Nov-2010 to reduce my bills from an average of 2300/- to further down, but by end of december when i received my bill i was shocked to see my bill has gone up to 3600/-, i expressed my shock to the cust service dept by calling 121 from my mobile and they confirmed that the complaint will be viewed with care and in 48 hours it would be resolved, i too get a call from Airtel not for service and to... read full review »
