I just call the SPCA in Monroe because I sent them an email concern a home I wanted to find for my dog. I didn't get a response via the email so I decided to call. I spoke to a man. I did not get his name. I told him about the email I send and He told me something which I didn't understand. I didn't know if he said "We did" or "We didn't" in reference to taking me dog.
