I purchased a Philippe Richard’s Cookware set from JC Penny’s in November 2010. I met all of the requirements; however, I’ve only received one of two rebate prepaid cards. I’ve made several attempts to use the $30.00 American Express rebate card at several stores; however, each time the card is declined. I also made several attempts to call the number listed on the back of the card, but to no avail. After holding on the line for 20 minutes or more and several failed attempts, I’ve given up. I would like to see the state’s attorney look into this matter. Thanks. read full review »
